At Sanchitaa, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. Since we work with multiple suppliers, our refund and return policy is based on the supplier’s terms. Please read the details below:
1. No Refunds or Cancellations after 48 hrs.
- Customer can cancel or within 48 hrs. Â
- Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it unless there is an issue with the product.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We accept refunds or replacements only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
To file a claim:
- Contact us at support@sanchitaa.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
- We will work to resolve the issue and update you within 5–7 business days.
NOTE: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Sanchitaa will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.Â
3. Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if there is damage product or false product.
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Return is only for defective products or for wrong productsÂ
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized items.
- Intimate or hygiene products.
- Sale or clearance items.
5. Refund Processing
- If the supplier allows refunds, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
6. ExchangesÂ
We do not do exchanges unless product is defective/wrong/false Â
